Kathryn Inman, a 2011 graduate of Heritage High School, has won a college scholarship of $4,000 from the Tennessee Valley Authority and the TVA Power Distributors Scholarship Association. She is among 30 TVA power distributor employee-dependent scholarship winners chosen this year.
