The City of Alcoa is excited to offer residents the opportunity to be rewarded for their recycling efforts. The City of Alcoa RecycleBank program began the week of February 1, 2011. RecycleBank allows homeowners to earn up to $20 worth of credits a month based on the amount of recycling they do. The customer’s account builds points that can be redeemed for discounts / gift cards from area merchants. Sign-up now to be a part of this rewarding new program.

01/13/2012 Curbside Leaf Collection Set to End
The City of Alcoa will end curbside leaf collection the week of January 17-20, 2011. All leaves to be collected should be at the street by 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 17.
01/10/2012 MLK Holiday Schedule Adjustments
There will be no adjustments in the City of Alcoa's collection of household or commercial / industrial waste for the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday.
